About: Wyoming Photography, the photographer
& Contact Information:
I was born in Pennsylvania and first traveled west in 1995
for a hunting trip, which was a college graduation gift from
my parents. After four years at the University of Pittsburgh,
where I majored in Chemistry with minors in Biology and Art
History, I began to rethink my plans for the future. I grew
tired of life in the city and went to work for my father as
a mason in rural Pennsylvania, with the goal of someday moving
to Wyoming. For the next 10 years, I traveled west to backpack
and hunt for one to two months each year. My Wyoming photography
experience began in 2001 on a backpack journey in the Wind
River Range of Wyoming. Since my introduction into photography,
I've learned a great deal about the craft (through trial and
error mostly) and about the history, landscape, people and
wildlife of the region. Hopefully I will continue to improve
and refine my technique and style while enjoying such a beautiful
state. In 2005, I made the decision to move to Wyoming and
pursue my goal of being a photographer full-time.
I've been published in the "Wyoming Wildlife" annual
photo contest each of the last three years. To view the images
that have won awards click "Awards" above.
I truly hope you enjoy the photos as much as I've enjoyed
creating them. Please feel free to contact me with any questions,
comments and/or suggestions.

About Wyoming Photography Prints:
All work, from the moment
the shutter is released to the shipment of the final print, is done
by me. The prints are made on a 12-ink HP
Z3100 printer on HP Professional
Satin Paper, HP Hahnemuhle Smooth Fine Art Paper or Hahnemuhle Daguerre
Canvas.
Genuine HP inks are used and are rated to have a life of greater
than 275 years without fading for black and white prints and greater
than 250 years for color prints when displayed under glass.
All Wyoming photography prints
are signed with a marker designed specifically for such use and
will not fade. Prints 20" wide
and larger will be numbered, but are not limited in production.
